Hailey is another amazing employee.She is extremely friendly every time I go to buy my chemicals and she is very knowledgeable with the products that they carry.
The Great Back Yard is a true gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the incredible selection of spas. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Huge thanks to Kim, the cashier, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond with her outstanding customer service and made me feel like a VIP. We bought a spa from The Great Backyard Place and had a great experience with Bill, who was very helpful and expertly answered the large number of questions we had. Delivery was smooth, the tub has been great, and any minor issues we've had were resolved quickly and locally by their great service/parts departments. Would recommend them to anyone!
