Bought a hot tub from them about 18 months ago. Great staff in the store, seamless delivery, love the tub. Recently I've worked with Lee to get my water just right as I was having some challenges. I purchased patio table set from this company couple years ago. Went by today and spoke to Matt about a need for a deep cleaning-revitalizing product for the table that had become dull and "foggy" from other cleaners. Matt looked up my past purchase and then recommended a cleaner product. Without prompting, he gave me a nice discount on the cleaner. At home and 45 mins later, my table looks like new! I was very impressed.

First time customer at The Great backyard place. I came over the weekend to look at a hot tub and some outdoor patio furniture. Linda introduced herself and helped me with all the questions I had.
