This vinyl repair kit can be used underwater or on dry surfaces and includes One-drop fast drying vinyl adhesive for a secure repair. With the One-drop glue you can seal punctures in pool vinyl liners or inflatables without the need for a patch. Just apply the glue over the puncture and let it dry.
